Open Question: Looking for a nice secluded campground Southern Midwest (oklahoma area?)?
Looking to go camping within a few hours of home. I would like a somewhat woodsy campground where your neighbor is somewhat hidden from your site. not 2 feet away, I am used to camping up north with a lake and woods..

Anybody know of one that is nice? May be a nicer state park or something?

Clean is nice.. showers are nice.. a lake is nice.. but most importantly your neighbors are somewhat hidden.

Open Question: Want a home but need to establish more of a credit history to get get a decent loan. Help?
My husband and I are ready to get a home for our family and looking around 150,000. My husband has pretty good credit and is 32 years of age and im almost positive the my credit is in not so good condition and i am 23 years of age. I wld like to put my name on are house loan. With my husband applying alone we can only get approved for around $70,000. We’ve thought of a few ways to increase out credit history.
1)buy groceries with a credit card and pay of in full each month
2)buy gas ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ”
3)decorate our current rental with paint etc…..
4) get a car loan
5) i have also thought about getting a foreclosed home but i am not sure if i just want to settle for a home that i am not going to be fully happy with. The condo i am renting now is exceptional and i enjoy it…so y not just stay and decorate it to my taste?

So my questions to all of you are……
1) Do i need a different credit card for each item…or should i just do it that way?
2)Which cards should i put in my name if i can even get a credit card and which would be the best card for me?
3)The same question above also applies for my husband?
4)Does anyone have other suggestions for establishing better credit scores and history?
5)Finally, if anyone has any knowledge of foreclosed homes and how to get a decent home
I am looking for these qualities in a home
1)3 bedroom
2)1 1/2 bathrooms at least
3) nice size garage ( my husband has a historical car and wants to work on it but we have no garage where we are
4)A decent yard for my children to play and me to make beautiful
5)I would loooovvvve a front porch
6)A patio but if not im a do it and build it myself kind of girl and would probably enjoy the project
7)A fireplace is one of my dreams!!!

I am currently living in Willowick,Oh which is lake county, I am looking in these areas..

Open Question: Moving to Phoenix, AZ?
I have been looking online and really like to look of an area in Peoria with lakes. I think there is Diamond harbor or Harbor Cove subdivisions. It looks very nice online but you never know until you are there. I am in the midwest right now and would like to get a better understanding of the area before going down to look at homes. I think living on a lake in the desert would be nice but does anyone know?

Oh- and work would be right off of Central Ave. just north of the loop. I don’t really like Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, etc.. b/c I would prefer to not have to take the loop if I dont have to.

How is the commute if I don’t go on the loop- say Peoria to just north of it?

I was also thinking of and older area within two miles of work but wasn’t sure if it was a good area or south scottsdale but they seem to be older homes with only 1 car garages.

Any thoughts would be helpful!!!
